General

Midnight Solar Market was created to support gothic artists and alternative performers in Edinburgh.

With no other gothic markets existing in Edinburgh, there was an opening and need for a place where those who were interested in gothic, darker alternative arts, oddities, kink and more to come together. Edinburgh, Scotland, is a city full of medieval and gothic architecture. With a rich dark gothic history it calls for an event honouring this to immerse yourself into.

Midnight Solar Market aims to be an inclusive place. Any racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, kink shaming or abuse will not be tolerated. If you encounter any issues at any of our events or have concerns over those involved please contact the event organiser via email/contact form.

Every being deserves to have a beautiful space to live; so it is asked that everyone involved try to be as sustainable and kind to Mother Nature as possible. Please dispose of rubbish by composting what you can.
