Applications:
Vendors and Performers for events are chosen a month or more in advance of the event. The mailing list is large, but there are only so many events and spaces available. Vendors applications are organised into categories and allocated a certain number of tables per category, a random name generator will then be used to pick those involved. This is to ensure not too many traders are competing and you get the most out of sales. Performer applications are organised into payment expectations and offered out based on each events available budget. The worst part about this is having to turn down all the amazing applications who did not get chosen. Please don't be disheartened if you have not gotten a space and DO continue to apply! It is luck of the draw! ✨
Those who have not secured a spot will not receive notification. All applications received for the event will remain on a wait list for that event, and spots that open up will be offered to those next in line.

Midnight Alt Events are accepting of alternative businesses and artists, that are different from mainstream or conventional norms.
All our events aim to be inclusive. Any homophobia, transphobia, sexism, xenophobia, racism, kink shaming and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated by vendors, performers or patrons.
We believe every being deserves a beautiful place to live. For this reason businesses selling only leather/animal products that is not recycled won't be accepted. Food/Drink businesses will need to be vegan. It is encouraged to use biodegradable and recycled packaging plus put all your rubbish in the appropriate bins. We want to be as inclusive and kind to all walks of living beings.
